"I thought there would be a lot..."
I thought there would be a lot more to see based on how it was described. A few of the tanks were cool, but after a while it started to feel like the same kind of thing over and over. The animal exhibits seemed limited, and for what we paid, I expected more variety. We didn’t have a bad time, but I definitely left feeling a bit misled and disappointed.

"The staff made the whole thing more frustrating than it needed to be"
The staff barely helped us at all, which made the whole visit frustrating. We weren’t expecting anything over the top, just a little guidance or basic help, but it felt like we were mostly being ignored. I know everyone has off days — I had one recently where I forgot why I walked into the grocery store and came out with only cereal, but still, this wasn’t a great experience.

"Good family day out, though an apology would’ve been nice"
We took the kids for the day and they had a great time. It was easy enough to get around, the staff we spoke to were friendly, and there was plenty for the little ones to look at and do. The only downside was a small issue during the visit that wasn’t really acknowledged, so I was kind of expecting at least a quick apology. Still, overall it was a fun day and we’d probably go again

"Loved the sharks and stingrays"
We had such a fun day at Adventure Aquarium. The shark tunnel was my favorite part, a little freaky, but in the best way. We ended up hanging out there way longer than we meant to because it was just so cool watching them swim overhead.
The stingray touch area was awesome too. They came right up to us, and the staff was super helpful so we didn’t feel like we were doing it wrong. Definitely somewhere I’d go back to again.

"Fun, but a little pricey"
Nice aquarium and the kids had fun, but the tickets felt steep for the time we spent there. Still a good day out, just not the best value.

"I figured parking was going to be annoying..."
I figured parking was going to be annoying, but it was really close and easy. The ramps made getting around simple too, which I didn’t think I’d care about at first, but I actually really appreciated it

"Too crowded for what I’d consider an enjoyable visit"
I went on a weekend, it was way too packed for my liking. I don’t mind a busy place, but I do expect to be able to actually see the exhibits without constantly being bumped or having people push in front of us. The lines for almost everything felt really long, and the kids ended up spending more time waiting around than enjoying the fish. Maybe it’s a much better experience on a quieter day, but by my standards, this visit was frustrating.

The visit was fine overall, but the bathrooms and tanks definitely looked like they hadn’t gotten much love lately. The glass was dirty, and the floors felt kind of gross, which is always a lovely little bonus when you’re trying to enjoy the place.
